Kelly Pester

Director

Kelly is a well-known local with over 13 years of experience in the property industry. She brings a deep understanding of the local area, a warm, approachable nature, and a genuine passion for helping people move.

Known for her bubbly personality and strong focus on customer service, Kelly takes pride in guiding clients through every stage of the sales journey – from the first viewing to completion. Her goal is always to make the process as smooth, positive, and personal as possible. Her dedication and willingness to go the extra mile have earned her the trust of both clients and the wider community.

After working closely with Dave for 10 years, Kelly cofounded Nubella Estates as a fresh, exciting new chapter. She now leads the Sales department, while Dave brings over 27 years of director-level experience. Together, they form a reliable and experienced partnership with a shared commitment to professionalism and genuine care.

Outside of work, Kelly enjoys holidays, beach days, and making memories with friends, family, and her two children. She treasures the balance between a busy career and quality time with loved ones. Whether at work or at home, Kelly brings warmth, energy, and genuine care to everything she does.

Dave Trim MRICS

Director, Chartered Surveyor, RICS Registered Valuer

For over 27 years, Dave Trim has been helping people navigate the property landscape across Dorset, Somerset, Wiltshire, and Hampshire. Born and raised on his family’s farm in Dorset, Dave’s deep connection to the countryside and its communities has shaped not only his career but the way he works—with honesty, care, and a grounded understanding of land and property.

Becoming a Chartered Surveyor was more than a profession for Dave it was a natural path. His roots in rural life gave him a practical eye and a genuine passion for helping others make informed, confident decisions about their homes and land. Over the years, he’s built a reputation for being approachable, reliable, and thoroughly committed to doing right by his clients.

Away from work, Dave is a proud father of two daughters and enjoys nothing more than spending time with his family, exploring the countryside on long walks, or heading off on relaxed holidays. Music is another passion he plays piano and sings in a local band, finding joy and balance in creativity and community.

Whether he’s surveying a country cottage or helping manage rural estates, Dave brings a personal touch and decades of experience to everything he does.

Michelle Hudson

Office Coordinator

Michelle Hudson is our Office Coordinator and the heart of Nubella Estates, helping to keep everything running smoothly across both our sales and surveying departments.

With 14 years of property industry experience, including a strong background in lettings, Michelle brings a wealth of knowledge, organisation, and dedication to the team. As our administrator, she keeps the office on track day to day and is always ready to step in and sort whatever needs attention.

Michelle also plays an important role as a viewing assistant, helping clients feel welcome, comfortable, and supported as they explore their future homes.

Outside of work, Michelle enjoys keeping active through fitness clubs and running, along with coastal and countryside walks. She loves spending quality time with friends and family and brings that same warmth and energy into the office every day.
